“Karvachauth Ki Mehandi  is being organized by ‘CA Women’s Organisation’. The fun-filled event will have saree draping competition, mehandi competition, mehandi for CAWO members, couple dance, tambola and antakshari.

Shilpkala Utsav 2015

The 4th edition of Shilpkala Utsav will be a three day affair showcasing India’s rich cultural heritage from 17 states of India. A variety of handcrafted collections of Textiles, Crafts, Paintings, Jewellery and Accessories in a range of materials are being showcased by the participants including artisans, NGO’s, women entrepreneurs, AIWC branches and members. To add to the festivity of art and crafts there will be live demonstrations by the artisans, cultural performances by a variety of performing artists some supported by Sangeet Natak Akademi, and mehndi application by AIWC Community College’s students on the eve of Karvachauth.
