Thermal Projekt Live @ Chennai

Shuvro Talukder and Anurag Sen, better known as India’s Top producer/DJ duo Thermal Projekt from Bangalore will be performing live at High Time in GRT Hotel. Their music is primarily EDM mixed with trance. They have performed for the grand concert of DJ Chuckie, known for winning thousands of hearts with their dance floor smashing remixes, mashups. They have also produced and engineered the official anthem for Bangalore Fashion Week 2014. The party will witness D Hardcore’s album launch party and there will be VDJ Lura along with them taking the excitement and adrenaline rush a few notches ahead.

Multi Generation Family Celebrating With Christmas Meal

The Funkadeliks is an experimental project with a bunch of veteran musicians from different bands in Chennai. Catch them live in action at The Moon and Six Pence and enjoy a light-hearted soulful music jamming as they come to perform with a shot of their vibrant energy and collective experience. Their genres of music range from Classic rock to funk-n-blues with a hint of progressive and metal which can easily prove they are capable of almost anything. The band comprises Richard Nathan on vocals, Bruce Lee on Guitars, Maynard Grant on drums, Anthony Karuna on keyboards and Jonathan on Bass.

Torobaka is a contemporary dance by internationally acclaimed dancer Akram Khan. As part of a dance tour Akram Khan and Israel Galvn, two masters of the dance world, join forces on a show in Chennai that defies classification. Alongside four immensely talented musicians, they draw deeply from their roots in Indian kathakand Spanish flamenco, and share the essence of movement beyond the dance form, in the pulse and rhythm of a common language: Torobaka.

The Moon and Six Pence is playing host to the popular music band 7even. Get ready for an amazing night as they create ripples with classic old rock songs fusing their signature touch into it. The band features seven amazing artists who promise to entice all the music souls with their spectacular renditions. The members of the band are Brian Paiva on the vocals and the guitar, Shyam Rao on the drums, Anthony Karuna on the keyboard, Gerard Joseph on the bass, Jaideep Vivekanand on the guitar and Santhosh Cherian on vocals and the piano. Tune into the band’s soulful acoustics while sipping down your favorite beverage from the house and munching on your favorite finger foods.
