Sunburn is a commercial EDM (electronic dance music) Festival now held in the hills of Pune after years on Goa’s Vagator Beach. It is Asia’s largest music festival and was ranked as one of the Top 10 Festivals in the world by CNN in 2009. The Ziro Festival is an outdoor music festival held in Arunachal Pradesh’s picturesque  Ziro valley that showcases the independent music scene in India. The festival was founded in 2012 by Bobby Hano and Menwhopause guitarist Anup Kutty, and has featured artists like Lee Ranaldo, Steve Shelley, Louw Majaw, Sha’air n Func, Indus Creed, Peter Cat Recording Co, Menwhopause, Guru Rewben Mashangva, and Barmer Boys among others. The festival was started to provide a platform for several northeast Indian performers to showcase their talent. The festival is spread over four days and is hosted by members of the Apatani people in Ziro. Ziro Festival is for all those who love music as much as they love to travel and immerse themselves in culture.

Bacardi Enchanted Valley Carnival (BEVC) is a unique 3 day festival which was introduced to the Indian audiences in 2013. Touted as Asia’s biggest camping music festival, it is the first-ever music festival in Asia to have a full-fledged campsite, famously known as Enchanted Village, and professional adventure sport other than non stop electrifying music. Hosted in Aamby Valley City, it is an extravagant camping and music experience. Hornbill festival is the premier festival of Nagaland held between Dec 1 to 10 each year. The Government of Nagaland organizes the Hornbill Festival every year in the first week of December to encourage inter-tribal interaction and to promote cultural heritage of Nagaland. Hornbill Festival showcases a mélange of cultural displays under one roof. The aim of the festival is to revive and protect the rich culture of Nagaland and display its extravaganza and traditions. The Festival is named after the hornbill, the globally respected bird and which is displayed in folklore in most of the state’s tribes. Festival highlights include Traditional Naga Morungs Exhibition and sale of Arts and Crafts, Food Stalls, Herbal Medicine Stalls, Flower shows and sales, Cultural Medley – songs and dances, Fashion shows, Beauty Contest, Traditional Archery, Naga wrestling, Indigenous Games, and Musical concert.  The Music Festival pulls crowds from all over, and has musicians from India and abroad taking part in the competition. Judged by renowned musicians and actors, the competition features some of the best talent around.
